Clean Homes in Gothenburg was founded in 1999. We specialize in home, office cleaning, construction, final cleaning, kindergarten, school cleaning and floor care professionals. We only hire internally trained staff who work in teams of two and two.

This enables our customers to be as happy as possible, the same team cleans all the time. This is so that our staff should know the customer's home and learn their special needs. We keep high standards of our cleaning services and are responsive to our customers' wants and needs. Should something not be to the satisfaction we come to the customer's home / workplace and fix the problem free of charge within 24 hours. Clean Homes have full insurance for all the employees.

During the 15 years that Clean Homes has been around, we have learned that every home or Office is as unique as those who live there. We therefore treat your home and everything that's there with great respect. Imagine coming home after work to a clean and tidy home. . Our employees are among the very best in the commercial cleaning industry. Potential employees are carefully interviewed and pre-screened, including a criminal background check and employment histories, assuring that our employee are motivated and conscientious workers. We comply with all state employment regulations and do not sub-contract any of our employees.

Our employees are paid way beyond the prevailing market in Uganda to enable them do a quality work.

Training & Certification
The Key Element in Our Business
Clean Homes' key management and supervisory employees are professionally certified and therefore equipping them with the most up-to-date standards and techniques available in the cleaning industry.

Clean Homes trains all employees HOW to clean, not just what to clean; our employees do not determine when clean is clean enough. Instead, our customers set the standard, and our employees are trained to meet and exceed that standard in a professional manner.

Employee training also includes security procedures and an intensive safety program which reviews the Health and safety policy programme for the company. This ensures a safe and healthy work environment for employees, customers and visitors.

Following initial training, each employee is evaluated over a ninety (90) day period prior to securing a permanent position with Clean Homes

Drug and Alcohol Testing
We test employees, at any time, per customer request.
